Verify your identity documents

Due to government regulations, we require proof of your identity and address before you are authorised to send money.  These documents MUST be certified or notarised before you submit them to us for approval.  Please read these instructions carefully.

For individuals

If you are an individual (a person), then we need the following:

  • Proof of your identity - this should be a photo drivers licence, passport or national identity card
  • Proof of your physical home address (utility bill such as power, gas or phone, or car registration, showing your physical address - no PO Box numbers accepted)
  • These documents must be certified/notarised as detailed below

  • We need the personal identification for all of the directors and owners of the business (anyone with 25% shareholding or more). This should be a photo drivers licence, passport or national identity card for each person.

  • Proof of your address (utility bill such as power, gas or phone showing the physical address)
  • Proof of the bank account of the business (e.g a deposit slip for the bank account)

    • "Certified true copy" (in English)
    • Their authority (in English)
    • Their name

    • The date the documents were signed
    • A contact phone number or email as we will contact them to verify the information
